住宅市場　沈滞？

全米不動産協会によれば現在の販売数値は横ばい状態を示しており、主任エコノミストのリア氏は、住宅市場冷却の大部分は既に発生、後退しており、今後は歴史的に強力な住宅市場の前進、安定した住宅販売が予測できると述べています。

中間価格及び低価格の住宅は全国的によく売れており、高価格住宅が沈滞しています。　但し、それも全ての地域に当てはまるわけではありません。　販売沈滞報告は全国平均であり、多くの地域は平均以上の業績を示し、それらの大部分が米国西部となっています。　過年カリフォルニアでは 48,666 戸が 100 万ドル以上で売買されており、これは前年に比較すると 47% の上昇となります。

Home sales slowing down ?

The current sales figures show that home sales are leveling out according to the National Association of Realtors. David Lereah, chief economist said that most of the cooling of the housing market has already occurred . We can expect a historically strong housing market moving forward and stable home sales across the country.

The median priced and lower priced homes are selling well across the country; it is the very expensive homes that have slowed down. But not everywhere. All the reports of slowing home sales have been a national average. Many areas are doing better than average and these are mostly in the western U.S. This past year 48,666 homes in California sold for over $1,000,000. This is an increase of 47% from the year before.
