Spring 2007
Home prices continue to increase!
Some areas of the U.S. did not go down at all. The areas like Tampa, Florida and San Diego increased to such a high level that they have cooled down. Actually the vast majority of Southern California homes did not go down. The beach towns of the Los Angeles area have continued to increase in value for over 5 years now. Homes that are on the market for sale are going down that means there is less inventory of existing homes. This is a sure sign of even higher prices.
"So we can all feel good that 2006, one of the highest years for sales volume on record, is poised to be replaced by an even better 2007. Housing has weathered the transition back to a sustainable market after the boom years. That means a solid business opportunity for you." A quote from Lawrence Yun, Research Director of the National Association of Realtors.
The L.A. beach cities are an exciting and desirable place to live, work and play. It is a great place to own a home for your enjoyment and investment.
