将６月のカリフォルニアの不動産マーケットは販売価格中央値が昨年同期より記録破りの23.5%上昇，　史上最高であった昨年を上回ったものとなっています。　　不動産協会によれば、南カリフォルニアの５区域で販売価格が過去の記録破りを示しました。

先月の売買は前の月より10.8%増加。　2003年前半6ヶ月に比較すると今年６ヶ月通しで7.4%の上昇。　米国全体でも平均すると同様な増加がみられます。　不動産売買シーズンのピークと消費者に魅力的なローン利率がこの住宅購入を喚起しています。　ロサンゼルス郡では販売中央値が$444,140となり、これは１年前より年当たり31.6%の上昇となります。

南カリフォルニアは引き続き、楽しみ及び収益の不動産投資にベストな地域であります。

-Summer Sales Explode-

California real estate market surges during June as median price goes to a record gain of 23.5% from the same last year. Sales remained ahead of last year’s all time high.
Price records fell across California’s five Southern markets according to the Association of Realtors.

The last month sales increased by 10.8% from the month before. Through June sales are up 7.4% from the first six months of the year 2003. The entire nation had similar increase in sales on the average. The peak selling season and very good interest rates are drawing this buying of real estate. In the L.A. county the median price of homes was $444,140 up an annual 31.6% from one year ago!
